Race Cars of Grand Prix of Long Beach

Sunday consisted more of the same running around.. A mandatory media/press meeting at 7am, free Starbucks and off to the tracks we go.

The cars of the Grand Prix of Long Beach were AMAZING!!! Technological wonders that came together through hours of R&D, hours of assembly and lots of money.. Our closest thing to Formula 1 here in the states.

I don’t know what it is, but there’s something exhilarating about the sound of roaring engines, the thunderous vibration you feel as the cars pass 10 feet in front of you and the smell of ethanol as you walk through the pit area. I knew this would be an awesome day!
